Our production

A few words of introduction

The company Kovpal Dobruška s.r.o. was established at the end of 2000 with the aim of providing design and development of special steel pallets and containers, including serial production.

We suggest the most suitable placement of the component in the palette based on computer model and provide the following serial production, fulfilling the requirements of each client. We arrange everything from the design to delivery to the customer.

The company is equipped with a modern technology for processing sheet metal, gas metal arc welding and surface treatment, all of which is done respecting the strictest ecological regulations. Bigger serial productions are welded by two welding robots, one of which is by Cloos and the second by Migatronic.

The manufacturing process is composed of designing, development and the following fabrication of collapsible or fixed metal pallets as well as special containers designed for storage and transport of any products of client´s choice. The drafts of our new products are made in SolidEdge in both 2D and 3D formats. Apart from all-metal pallets, we also focus on steel-plastic and steel-foam combined pallets.

We also have the capability to upgrade the pallets with plastic boxes, which are usually used to carry individual components. Some of other options are also plastic, foam or vacuum formed beds. For delicate plastic articles, such as car bumpers, we use fastening elements with plastic surfaces.

We use acrylic paints in any shade of client´s choice for surface treatment to ensure protection against corrosion. Furthermore, we are able to provide hot-dip galvanized, zinc galvanized or komaxit enriched products.
