SERVO-HYDRAULIC TABLE SHEARS SAFAN HT 310/10
These shears are designed to cut metal sheets of length up to 3100mm. Maximum thickness of the sheet with tensile strength 420 MPa is 10mm, 6mm for stainless sleet sheets. The shears have an automatic CNC control and it´s control system operates on the principle of touch screen. Its stops are adjusted automatically with a step of 0.05 mm. HYDRAULIC BENDING PRESS HAP 30120
Bending press with a force of 1200 kN and working length of 3050 mm is designed to bend sheets with bending depth accuracy of 0.01 mm. Both the control of motoric rear stop and the control of the bending depth is done by programmable numeric control of axis X and Y with digital reading, using 99 programs, each one with a capacity of 20 steps. The press table is equipped with a motor deflection compensation.
